Brenna graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, which sparked her interest in herbal supplements. After returning to Spokane, she worked at a Naturopathic family practice, managing the supplement dispensary and receiving training in various therapies. Her curiosity about supplementation grew during her time at Natural Grocers, where she recognized the importance of diet and lifestyle in wellness. This inspired her to become a Nutritional Health Coach, driven by a desire to help others. Brenna often says that being outdoors is her happy place, especially when she’s working with plants or exploring nature.
