Denise Puleo graduated from California State Long Beach University in Long Beach California, with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a minor in Food Science.  Denise's passion is to support individuals in taking responsibility for their wellness journey and helping them discover the diet and habits that best support their mind, body, and spirit. When she's not in the Tigard, OR Natural Grocers store, you can find her teaching yoga and spending time with her husband and family.
