As a personal trainer, Oswaldo has helped numerous clients improve their health and lose weight. Oswaldo’s passion is to empower others to take charge of their own health and well-being. When not at Natural Grocers, you can find him hiking, at the gym, or enjoying a book at a coffee shop.
