Lindsey Lord graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, along with minors in Chemistry and Psychology. She is passionate about the impact of nutrition and exercise on overall wellness. Her interest in sustainable agriculture grew during her studies, leading her to focus on whole foods and supplements. Lindsey aims to provide free nutrition education to empower people on their wellness journeys and foster a healthier community. When not in the Natural Grocers store, you can find her in her garden, playing with her pets, at the gym, or cooking healthy and delicious meals.
